What Ramble Room is

Ramble Room is a social coordination service operated by OK Alerts (Wichita Falls, Texas). It is not healthcare, therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, and email address. Your session participation (when you joined, how long you stayed). Your billing information if you choose a paid plan (processed by Stripe — we do not store your card number).

What Jordan observes

During sessions, Jordan observes engagement signals: who is speaking, how long, whether you responded to prompts. These are structured notes, not transcripts. No audio is ever recorded. A consent announcement plays at the start of every session: "Jordan observes this session to help facilitate conversation. No audio is recorded."

Caregiver digests

If you opt in, a weekly email summary can be sent to a caregiver you choose. The digest includes attendance and general engagement — not what was said. You control this. You can turn it off anytime.

Third-party services

Telnyx (phone calls), LiveKit (voice sessions), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Google Cloud (text-to-speech for Jordan's voice). Your data is stored on a US-based server (RamNode). We do not use Amazon Web Services.

What we do not collect

No health information. No location data. No audio recordings. No session transcripts. No analytics trackers on this website. No advertising cookies.

Data retention

Session participation records are kept for 180 days, then anonymized. If you cancel, personal data is deleted within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years per tax law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rambleroom.app and we will respond within 30 days.
