What Ramble Room is

Ramble Room is a social coordination service operated by Christopher Sullivan, sole proprietor, in Wichita Falls, Texas. It is not healthcare, therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, and email address. Your session participation (when you joined, how long you stayed). Your billing information if you choose a paid plan (processed by Ko-fi — we do not store your card number).

What Jordan does

Jordan connects the call, explains the controls, and can give a gentle cue when someone wants to speak. Jordan does not choose the topic, steer the discussion, judge participation, record the conversation, or turn it into content.

How we use automated systems

Automated systems coordinate schedules, declared-choice matching, readiness, capacity, reminders, and safety controls. They do not create live-session summaries or score speech, quietness, personality, chemistry, sentiment, or participation style.

If you leave a voicemail or use a recorded phone flow, we store the recording long enough to process your request. If you consent to transcription, Telnyx may provide a transcript. If you do not consent, the audio may be processed directly by AI for the limited purpose of handling the voicemail. Recordings are deleted after processing or cleanup.

Matching may use your declared schedule, interests, pace, accessibility needs, recent confirmation reliability, and recent-match diversification. Blocks and Coffee no-rematch choices are hard exclusions.

Third-party services

Telnyx (phone calls), LiveKit (voice sessions), Ko-fi (billing), Resend (email), and Google Cloud (text-to-speech and limited processing of deliberately recorded signup, voicemail, or support requests). Your data is stored on a US-based server. We do not use Amazon Web Services.

What we do not collect

No health information. No location data. No routine live-session audio recordings. No live-session transcripts. No third-party analytics trackers on this website. No advertising cookies. No social media widgets or follow buttons.

This website sends first-party aggregate click signals when someone clicks a call or signup button. The payload is limited to the route, action name, placement, and broad viewport size bucket. We do not send your name, phone number, account ID, cookies, cross-site identifier, full referrer, or user-agent fingerprint. The endpoint logs only those aggregate-safe fields and does not write them to an application database.

Why there are no social links

Ramble Room uses direct contact, source notes, safety boundaries, and method notes instead of social media links. You should not need a social account to understand the service, ask a question, or verify a public claim.

Data retention

We keep session participation records while your account is active so your groups stay coherent; if you cancel, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Voicemail recordings are intended to be temporary and are removed after processing or cleanup; derived request records may remain so we can complete the requested scheduling or support action. Billing records are retained for 7 years per tax law.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. In the app, open Settings and use "Get a copy of my data" or "Delete my information." You can also email hello@rambleroom.app or text or leave a voicemail at 940-249-7153, and we will respond within 30 days. Deletions wait seven days so you can change your mind, and we confirm before anything is removed.
