What Ramble Room is
Ramble Room is a social coordination service operated by OK Alerts (Wichita Falls, Texas). It is not healthcare, therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, and email address. Your session participation (when you joined, how long you stayed). Your billing information if you choose a paid plan (processed by Ko-fi — we do not store your card number).
What Jordan observes
During sessions, Jordan (an AI assistant) observes engagement signals: who is speaking, how long, whether you responded to prompts. These are structured notes, not transcripts. No audio is ever recorded. A consent announcement plays at the start of every session.
How we use automated systems
Jordan uses artificial intelligence (Google's Gemini) to facilitate sessions, generate session summaries, and select conversation topics based on group engagement patterns. Behavioral observations (speaking duration, response patterns, engagement levels) are processed by automated systems to improve your experience. No audio is recorded or sent to AI — only structured behavioral data.
Automated systems also power group matching (suggesting groups based on schedule and profile compatibility), welfare outreach (noticing if you have been away and checking in), and facilitator readiness scoring (if you opt in).
Caregiver digests
If you opt in, a weekly email summary can be sent to a caregiver you choose. The digest is AI-generated from Jordan's session observations and includes attendance and general engagement — not what was said. AI-generated summaries may not be fully accurate. You control this. You can turn it off anytime.
Third-party services
Telnyx (phone calls), LiveKit (voice sessions), Ko-fi (billing), Resend (email), Google Cloud (AI processing and text-to-speech for Jordan's voice). Your data is processed by Google's AI services under a service provider agreement — your data is not used to train AI models. Your data is stored on a US-based server (RamNode). We do not use Amazon Web Services.
What we do not collect
No health information. No location data. No audio recordings. No session transcripts. No third-party analytics trackers on this website. No advertising cookies. No social media widgets or follow buttons.
This website sends first-party aggregate click signals when someone clicks a call or signup button. The payload is limited to the route, action name, placement, and broad viewport size bucket. We do not send your name, phone number, account ID, cookies, cross-site identifier, full referrer, or user-agent fingerprint. The endpoint logs only those aggregate-safe fields and does not write them to an application database.
Why there are no social links
Ramble Room uses direct contact, source notes, safety boundaries, and method notes instead of social media links. You should not need a social account to understand the service, ask a question, or verify a public claim.
Data retention
Session participation records are kept for 180 days, then anonymized. If you cancel, personal data is deleted within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years per tax law.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rambleroom.app and we will respond within 30 days.
