For people in their 50s
You like your own house. You still want one real conversation.
Small room, start time, ending. Not a feed.
One Coffee Chat each week is free. Basic belonging does not require a paid membership.
Coffee Chat
You choose a place on the calendar. Ramble Room introduces people using the schedules and conversation preferences they choose, not their age.
It is a reciprocal conversation, not a room for spectators. Everyone joins ready to listen, speak, and make room for the other people there.
Jordan handles the social rhythm: opening the room, helping with turn-taking when asked, and making the ending clear. Jordan does not choose the topic, join the conversation, judge participation, or record the room.
How it works
Register, choose your availability, and share the conversation preferences that help with introductions.
Choose a time. Ramble Room finds a small conversation and makes the introduction.
Jordan gets everyone connected, explains the controls, and then stays out of the conversation.
Your weekly Coffee Chat stays free whenever there is interest. Nobody in the chat has to become a Contributor for it to continue. If both people want to talk again, Ramble Room gives that connection priority for a future Coffee Chat. Contributor also adds more weekly seats, one Phone Door Coffee Chat, and Private Rooms.
Your weekly starting point
The Contributor Founding Pilot is a one-time $15 purchase for 60 days. It does not renew automatically. It adds continuity controls, Private Rooms, and up to four Coffee Chats per week. One of those four may use Phone Door; the other Coffee Chats use the app.
Free members use App Door. Phone Door is limited to one Coffee Chat per week for active Contributors.
Clear boundaries
Ramble Room is for ordinary conversation. It is not healthcare, therapy, crisis response, monitoring, or a welfare-check service.
Members control whether they join or leave. Conduct rules prohibit harassment, threats, scams, hate, sexual misconduct, and sharing another person's private information.
